Manual job posts needed

Three established people-specialist practices were merging under one new brand: CRE8 Collective. Recruitment, business advisory, dispute resolution, and graduate career coaching: four divisions with four distinct identities, launching as one collective.
The obvious options were both bad. Four separate websites would fragment the brand and quadruple the maintenance burden. One generic site would flatten four practices into a beige mush where nobody could tell which team they needed.
On top of that, vacancies had to publish themselves. The recruitment team lives in JobAdder, and nobody was going to copy-paste job ads onto a website twice a day.
We built a static-first Astro 5 site with TypeScript, Tailwind CSS 4, and Sanity CMS. One design system carries four division accent palettes, so Talent, Advisory, Resolve, and Emerging Talent each feel like their own brand while sharing one platform, one navigation, and one domain authority.
The jobs board syncs live with the JobAdder API. The moment a vacancy goes up in the recruitment system, it is on the website. Zero manual posting.
An AI Concierge asks visitors a couple of clarifying questions, works out which division they actually need, and emails that team a qualified brief. We also built CRE8 Snapshot, a five-minute Big Five personality profile powered by MindGraph, our own analytics platform.
90+ in every Lighthouse category. Static-first architecture means the site loads fast, ranks well, and stays fast as content grows. Verified via Google PageSpeed Insights on launch.
