How much does a web developer cost in NZ?
Our custom websites start at $5,000 NZD for a hand-coded 5 to 8 page site. Multi-service or multi-location business builds start at $10,000 NZD. Web apps and SaaS platforms are quoted per scope after a short call. Every price is a fixed quote sent within 48 hours, and it does not move unless you change the scope.
Do you only work with Auckland businesses?
No. We are based in New Zealand and work with businesses anywhere in the country over email and video calls. Recent projects include Auckland trades (Arborist Auckland, Drain Ranger, Solis Panelbeaters), a Wanaka aviation tourism company (Flyinn), and online stores and SaaS platforms with customers across NZ.
What do you build websites with?
React, Next.js and Astro, written in TypeScript with Tailwind CSS. No WordPress, no page builders, no plugins to patch. Sites are deployed to Netlify, Vercel or Cloudflare with SSL, and you own the code.
How long does a website take?
Most websites ship in 2 to 4 weeks. Málama, a seven-page practitioner site, went live in under two weeks. Larger builds like the 40-page Solis Panelbeaters site or the 2,677-product OPTC store take longer and are scoped up front.
Can you move my site off WordPress or WooCommerce without losing rankings?
Yes. Flyinn, CoverMania, Solis Panelbeaters, OPTC and Exudy were all WordPress or WooCommerce migrations. Every legacy URL gets a 301 redirect so existing rankings carry over; OPTC moved 2,677 products this way.
