- OPTC (Onehunga Power Tool Centre) - Full e-commerce platform with 2,677 products migrated from WooCommerce. MYOB integration for live inventory and invoicing, Verifone payments with 3D Secure, and zone-based NZ Post shipping.
- Exudy - WooCommerce-to-Astro rebuild for a boho home decor store. 105 products migrated, Stripe with Afterpay and bank transfer, live NZ Couriers shipping rates, and a Sanity CMS the owner runs without a developer.
- CoverMania - WordPress-to-Astro rebuild for an Auckland master sailmaker. Custom trade-derived design, multi-step quote form with photo uploads, 42-photo filterable gallery, and deep local SEO across ten Auckland areas and five marinas.
